How services are delivered and billed
- Services are digital and delivered remotely. Deliverables are shared through a repository, staging environment or file transfer.
- All prices are in US dollars. Project work is invoiced by milestone (typically 30% deposit, then milestones); retainers are invoiced monthly.
- Invoices are paid securely online by card or ACH, or by bank transfer.
- Work, acceptance criteria and timelines are defined in a statement of work signed before work starts.
Common questions
What exactly does Pivelion Tech LLC sell?
Two things: (1) custom software development and consulting delivered to business clients under a written statement of work, and (2) Pivelion Flow, a subscription cloud software product for workflow automation and reporting. We do not sell physical goods.
How do I pay?
Invoices and subscription payments are processed securely in US dollars by a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. Larger project invoices can also be paid by ACH or wire.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Email support@pivelion.com or reply to your billing receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. New Pivelion Flow subscriptions have a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first payment. Services are refunded according to the milestones in your statement of work.
Who owns the code you write for us?
You do. On full payment, intellectual property in the custom deliverables transfers to you, as set out in your agreement.
